- What’s your role at Yoghurt Digital, and what does it entail?
- I’m a Senior Paid Media Manager responsible for executing end-to-end paid media campaigns for our clients, driving innovation, and maximising revenue across various industries.
- What’s your favourite part about working in digital marketing?
- The dynamic nature of the industry. I love how there’s always something new to test, optimise, and refine to drive better results. And, of course, seeing direct impact and measurable success from campaigns is incredibly rewarding.
- What’s one digital marketing trend you’re currently excited about?
- The rise of AI and automation in paid media. From predictive analytics to AI-driven ad creatives, it’s exciting to see how technology reshapes campaign strategies and performance. I have been working with paid media for the last 16 years, and in the last few years, the changes have been extremely important for the digital landscape.
- What’s your favourite tool or platform you use daily?
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio for reporting. Also, Slack and Notion for collaboration and organisation.
- What is the most rewarding part of your job?
- Seeing the impact of my strategies, whether it’s a significant revenue boost, a successful campaign launch, or helping a client achieve their goals.
- What is a recent success that you had at work?
- Launching and optimising a paid media campaign that exceeded performance targets, driving a significant uplift in ROAS and conversion rates.
- What is your favourite thing about the company culture?
- The collaborative environment and the focus on continuous learning. It’s great to be surrounded by like-minded professionals who are always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
- What’s a piece of advice you’d give to someone starting in your field?
- Be curious and adaptable. Digital marketing changes fast, so continuously upskilling, testing new strategies, and staying on top of trends will give you an edge.
Inside Joe’s Productive Day
- Walk us through a typical workday. What does your schedule look like?
- Morning: Checking emails, reviewing campaign performance, and attending stand-up meetings.
- Midday: Deep work, analysing data, optimising campaigns, and planning new strategies.
- Afternoon: Client calls, reporting, and collaborating with teams on upcoming projects.
- Evening: Wrapping up tasks, preparing for the next day, and sometimes catching up on industry news.
- What’s the first thing you do when you start your workday?
- Check key campaign metrics and prioritise tasks for the day.
- What’s your go-to productivity hack?
- Time-blocking and prioritising tasks. Also, turning off notifications when deep-diving into data or strategic planning helps me stay focused.

- Teleportation. I’d love to travel anywhere in the world instantly without worrying about flights, layovers, or jet lag!
- If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
- A really good salmon poke bowl—fresh, customisable, and balanced!
- What’s your favourite place in the world and why?
- Spain. It’s the perfect mix of tradition and modernity, with incredible food, beautiful landscapes, and amazing culture and people.
- What do you like to do outside of work?
- Travelling, swimming, trying new restaurants and photography.
- How do you wind down after a busy workday?
- Going for a walk, watching a good TV show, or unwinding with a skincare routine.
- Do you have any pets?
- No :/ but I really want one.
